Leadership changed constantly, new bosses would bring in their own leadership and do layoffs, customer service was super underwater

training team is very engaged and really cares about your success at the company.

Cons

Senior Leadership has sabotaged the company with job cuts to support staff, which increased call volumes, resulting in bad customer service and mismanaged accounts.
