PrimePay is moving in a positive direction with the leadership team in place and a focus on a future in the HCM SaaS space. A lot of positive things are going on at PrimePay including the newly created Culture Club and a focus on employee engagement. #ClutureClub

Cons

Start-up environment feel for a company that has been around since 1986.

The team is very supportive and all new hires are heard. There is always constant communication from leadership. I enjoy the employee engagement activities and being able to work collectively to achieve company goals.

Cons

Unsatisfied clients due to lots of issues with a migration.
