      Pros

      There is absolutely nothing positive I can say about this company. Just do your research, all of the answers are there if you look. 50% of the company is either fired or has quit every year. There is no culture, no support and executives in PA that should have been fired a long time ago. The benefits are horrific!! For a payroll company it should be embarrassing, but clearly not for a company that cares more about the bottom line than their people.

      Cons

      It all seems really great at the beginning, the promises that are made make it seen like a really good opportunity. It only takes a few weeks to learn it's all a lie. No one actually cares, you never hear or see from management after the initial song and dance in Philadelphia. You start to learn that this company has a lot of problems. The gossip is really bad and people hate there positions. Everyone is always on edge of being fired and the company culture is made up of some forced recruiting videos and fake reviews. If your straight out of college don't let this be your first experience and if your a seasoned professional, keep moving, they will never pay you enough or vaule your worth.

      Not just a payroll company

      Pros

      You work in small teams so you really get to know the people you're working with. The training was really great. They take the time to help you understand your porition and the company as a whole. They really remind you how much your role is helping the company and others. There is at least one pot luck a month. We really enjoy holidays and events.

      Thanks for the review. We agree, potlucks, holiday events and office gatherings are a great time here at PrimePay. We are looking to do more to allow all employees to interact with each other.

      Not only do you learn a lot but you are challenged. Not a boring environment at all.

      year end can be stressful.
