      The benefits were ok.

      Cons

      This company was working as separate offices for many years and only recently have attempted to become one corporation. Senior management does not foster a team work approach. They place employees in executive management roles that have no interpersonal skills. The employees are over worked and management has unrealistic expectations of the employees. If you take this job go in with the intent to gain experience , not a long term career.

      Some offices still have different protocols for how to handle everything new in the last year since the company has gone LLC

      We appreciate the feedback you provided. When you go through a consolidation of multiple offices and territories, there will be speed bumps along the way. We are making every effort possible to get each office following the same protocols and are keeping the best interest of the company and the employees in mind.

      Good Company for an Early Career Salesperson

      Pros

      Small company that tries to care for employees. Everyone embodies a team atmosphere and has a common goal to serve the Client. Trying to expand and grow their market share through strategic partnerships and additional products.

      Cons

      Payroll product is a little behind the times from a technology standpoint. It gets the job done and is a non-issue for 90% of customers but it does not demo as well as some competitors. Compensation and Commissions are fair but below market, especially considering there is less name recognition than ADP and Paychex. Quotas are unrealistic outside of their main market of Philadelphia (HQ) and NorthEast.

      Thank you for your honest feedback. PrimePay is making a concerted effort to improve our brand recognition in all of our sales territories. We have already seen improvements in several areas across the country. We will continue to work on improving our identity and reputation.
