Pros

Lots of opportunity to work on projects and learn. The people I work with are caring and friendly. Company cares about improvements.

Cons

Traffic in the area is terrible, but that is everywhere in Houston so not sure it would be different anywhere else.

Pros

I love the culture at PrimeWay. They are always looking out for what's in the best interest of the membership and employees.

Cons

We are always trying to improve, so there is hardly any downtime which can be a con if you don't like a fast-past environment.

They will focus on your indiviual needs and see how you can help the credit union while also growing you as a professional.

Cons

290 headquarters has been victimized by construction for the last 6 years.
