Pros

Friendly coworkers. Good stepping stone for beginners with no skills.

Cons

Undecided top management. Company size have shrunk to 6 branches only. They laid off employees in June 2016 to cut down the expenses and started hiring again for the same position. Employees are not motivated. No room for advancement. Only people who can't get job elsewhere are stuck. Favoritism. Manager at Missouri City hides from member. Always tries to duck the workload. Promoted from teller to Manager with zero management skills. Managers at Medical Center are never there.

We understand your frustration. Having to close under performing locations to be able to invest in locations that will perform better can cause uncertainty. We did hold positions open throughout the organization so that those with branches closings would not lose their job. Still some chose to leave the firm, requiring we hire to fill the positions we had held open so that we could properly serve our members. HR and upper management is always willing to hear your concerns if there are problems that you aren't comfortable addressing with your manager. Please talk to someone.

Pros

Great benefits and great coworkers.

Cons

Management is terrible. They hire unqualified people, don't follow their own mission, vision or values. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. CEO never shows up for anything except a photo op and they don't pay for OT.

We hear your disappointment. Unfortunately we aren't perfect yet. Continuous improvement at all levels of the organization keeps us busy each year. We absolutely follow the laws, including those surrounding overtime! If you feel there was a discrepancy in hours you worked verses your compensation, please contact our HR department to resolve the issue. We hope that your new position provides an environment that is a better fit for you and helps you to be successful and happy.

Great Culture!

Pros

PrimeWay cares about their employees; the benefits are good and the incentives are even better. We also have the opportunity to continually grow our skills. Also, PrimeWay is also really involved in the community. But for me, the biggest Pro about PrimeWay is the CEO, Annette Zimmerman. With her, it's not, "I'm the CEO and you're the employee." She takes the time to meet with employees to find out their challenges. She wishes us happy birthday and happy work anniversary. She even sent me a handwritten sympathy card to my house when my grandmother died. That kind of involvement makes me feel valued and I LOVE my job. The culture here is amazing!

Cons

The only downside to working here is the main office is currently in the middle of 290 construction. Eventually, construction will end and it won't be a con anymore.
