I am glad you are finding value in being a part of our team; however, I think there is a disconnect on "quotas". We are about helping enable the dreams of members. How does a financial institution do that? Give our members easy tools to manage their money, save for their goals and future, and finance their dreams and future with opportunities like home loans, student loans, and personal loans. We also understand each individual has unique needs which is why we train on building relationships and asking the right questions so we can get to know our members and what is important to them so that we can recommend the right products and services. What we also know is what portion of the population uses checking accounts and the volume of home and auto requests. If we are not reaching comparable percentages in assisting our members, we are doing them a disservice. Product numbers are one of the ways we measure how well we are serving our members.
