Decent pay with terrible loan goals

Pros

You might have a good manager that will make your job a little bit easier. You have the ability to work from home in most positions. Decent benefits, just don’t go to the doctor more than once a year and the benefits package will work for you.

Cons

Extremely high loan goals and they start over every month. If you miss your goal more than 3 conservative months then you’ll go on the chopping block. They take money from your incentive if your member doesn’t use their checking account even if you made your goal. You get a daily reminder about numbers. It’s stressful.

Pros

The Executive and Management Team are top-notch professionals. They are focused on growing the right way and doing what is right for members. If you are not afraid to work hard and if you want to make a diffrence for others , this is the place to be.

Cons

We're not perfect and we had some growing pains but, the staff and the management team are commited to make things better for the staff and the members everyday and that's all I can ask for as an employee
