Pros

During the Covid panademic when most business cut hours or jobs, PrimeWay actually provided extra bonuses for all employees to help in time of need. They did this despite losing revenue during this time. Its family taking care of family around here.

Primeway is a place where employees matter. There core values are defined by the word CARE. The executive team makes decisions that are best for the company and promotes unity throughout the company. One thing that I appreciate the most is their transparency.

Cons

Flow of information from each department. There are times when specific information is not communicated in a timely manner.
