Pros

The management team really cares about the staff, their families, AND the members. Flexibility is offered as much as possible. Opportunity for growth and certification is available and encouraged.

Cons

Locations are spread out. Great for members and member access but not super convenient for staff who travel to each branch.

Benefits are great, company core values ..CARING are displayed and are transparent throughout the organization's culture.

Cons

Opportunities for automation throughout the credit union. This can be also viewed as a pro since this allows for employees to think outside the box and become more innovative.
