Great place to work that cares about members and employees

Pros

Strong proactive leadership who wants to do the right things for employees and members alike.

Cons

The people care too much (haha, j/k) It's a great place to work. We don't have the resources that bigger Credit Unions or banks have though so have to figure it out on our own.

Pros

Great teamwork atmosphere, room for growth, great health benefits and pay per performance opportunities.

Cons

There are, at times, a lot back and forth and hurrying to get things done which can lead to confusion and mistakes.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. Your opinion is important to us. Providing feedback on what we are doing right and where we can improve is key to helping PrimeWay always do better. You expressed concerns with some back and forth and tight timelines. I will be sure that we relay this feedback to all department leaders. While we have made some progress with project management as an organization, there is certainly room for improvement.
