Too many negative reviews from people who doesn't have what it takes to do the job. The company is not a SCAM or a PYRAMID SCHEME. They do not make money from recruiting. I am really curious when haters use the word SCAM what they really mean by that. I challenge any haters and can't doers to provide at least ONE example of what Primerica did that you perceived to be a scam. How is Primerica a PYRAMID or a SCAM? It is structured just like the real estate business/industry when it comes to the pay and just like any big companies when it comes to management and business structure. Is the real estate business a scam? NO Do brokers make money of off the real estate agents/ Realtors? YES The pay is a commission split between broker and agents. There are some broker that don't provide training for that money and there are none that will go on a listing or buying appointment to help new agents make money or ensures their success. Real estate agents are on their own. The broker make money without even being on an appointment but yet Primerica is a scam? Get this, real estate brokers make money from their agents rather their agents make money or not on a monthly basis. Brokers charge a monthly fee to hang their license with the firm. So let me ask again which one of the businesses appear more like a scam here? Answer is none. The real estate industry and the way the business structure is very legal and regulated. Primerica has the same structure but the difference is the trainer is with the trainees on each appointment ensuring the success of their new agents in training. The trainers/Leaders deserve every part of the commission because they work hard to make sure their new recruits learn to close by helping families improve upon their situations. All big companies and corporations are pyramid structured yet no one perceive them as a pyramid. No one can see it for what it really is because the corporations constantly pay employees on a certain payroll schedule giving employees the illusion of security but reality is there is NO such thing as security at any job. Employees can be laid off in an instant with no ability to control the situation no matter the how long or loyal or even if the employee is a hard worker. The moment there is a budget cut the first thing companies cut are their employees. Before you judge Primerica you should carefully look into the way the large companies around you are setup and open your eyes. The company you are currently working for is a PYRAMID! Aren't you under somebody that is under somebody that is under somebody??? YES people! Your current employer is a PYRAMID! They control your hours and cap your salaries. Do you really want to work on making someone else rich forever or should you change your life and open your mind and start working on your legacy and take control of your own success? Don't you want to have more time and money for your family instead of choosing to sell your time for money? YOUR CHOICE!!!! Commission: unlimited on growth and the amount of money you can make. You control your time. Hourly/Salary: time and money controlled by someone else with a CAP on how much money you can make and not enough room for growth Haters and can't doers will post negative reviews and assume that all positive reviews are paid for. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION !!! I will end with this, you can make a SMALL mistake by looking into the opportunity and learn that the opportunity is not for you or make a BIG mistake by listening to haters to have them influence your decision that could be just what you need to make you financially free and live your dreams.
