You can tell your friends you got a job—technically.

Cons

It’s a pyramid scheme, you have to keep recruiting people under you so you can get a cut of their sales. On day one you have to make a list of all your relatives and friends/neighbors with addresses and phone numbers. The problem is the cult like vibe and the tiny paychecks. Pyramid schemes and scams go against my moral values so I couldn’t stay long.

Pros

You're self-employed from the start, so you basically create your own schedule by setting your own appointments and your income is based on how hard you work. Great potential for residual income and broker overrides. Culture is very uplifting and encouraging without being weird, unlike most workplaces that just reprimand you when you do something wrong. I've personally received a lot of support from my team to help me get started. The best part is you can start out part-time without risking your regular job.

Cons

There are some sour apples and unmotivated people that unfortunately go out of their way to tarnish the name and reputation of the company. My advice is to give it a shot for yourself and if you don't like it, then quit and stay at your regular job, but at least you'll know if it's for you or not.

THE REVIEWS ON GLASSDOOR FOR THIS COMPANY ARE FAKE. Just Google the company. The biggest coach roaches in the business. They will try to steal $125 from you on the first interview and spend 3 hours selling you on how THEY PROMISE THEY ARE AN ETHICAL COMPANY.
