      Only Pro is that you can take old almonds home

      Worst Management Possible. The employees are humiliated by the CEO at all time. CEO is mean, harsh and unreasonable.

      Pros

      Most of the coworkers are nice and work hard. Work is reasonable, having this on my resume helped me find a better opportunity

      Cons

      The owner is rude and awful. She micromanages like nothing I've ever seen. Cuts supplies to save money. No flexibility. No work life balance. All she cares about is how much money she can make. Indifferent to the lives of her employees. Questionable history. Was originally ran by her husband and from what other employees have said he was a much better employer.
