For such a large company, Primo Brands has a very small company feel. It's not uncommon for the Chief Human Resources Officer to have a quick chat with you or ask about your kids and really care about your responses. It's also not intimidating as a leader to pick up the phone and call a Vice President since they're all really down to earth and everyone knows each other. The leaders of the company are all very open to feedback and ideas and work hard to make sure they create a positive and welcoming community for their associates.
