- No work life balance - too focused on short term goals specifically, P&L goals for the individual year not 5 years+ outlook - Staff cuts when capacity is already an issue

Good pay for the work we do. Pretty simple and straightforward.

Cons

The workload and amount of hours some days can be overwhelming and brutal. No work life balance this job some days can take every ounce of your strength and time.
