      The least professional place I've ever worked. Run for your life.

      Pros

      If you have little to no experience, they will still hire you. There are some good people who work in the shop. Middle management is flexible if you need to take time off. It's an okay place to get your feet wet in machining.

      Cons

      The owner of the company is CHEAP!!! The pay is low, the benefits are pathetic (health insurance is a joke, they don't match 401k and there are no bonuses/profit sharing) The place is like working in a high school and management seems fine with it. Quality control measures are lackadaisical at best. Upper management tries to micromanage way too often. And worst of all, there's very little training for anyone to advance their skill set.
