      Pros

      None, there is absolutely nothing good about this company to work for, one of the worst places I've ever encountered.

      Cons

      Family owned and managed horribly, way too political and if you're not on the favorites list you don't have a hope. They run things like it's 1950. They do nothing to nurture talent that comes their way, and they underpay. I could go on but just stay away from them.

      Lots of projects , Lots to learn from the projects.

      Cons

      - One person run company management, which means rest of the management run it based on the whims of one person. -Stressful environment and very low job security as a result of the above - A toxic culture exists, which is barely acknowledged by the HR
