Cons
Nepotism at it’s highest. Executive’s son sleeps regularly at work while others keep up the good work. QA department doesn’t exist to ensure quality , but to do everything else apart from ensuring quality in the products. Getting away with as much as possible is the way of life here. Management doesn’t exist apart from being in the organization chart. So any kind of support is not to be expected.
