Pros

Nice place to work at depending on the department.

Cons

They lack diversity in several departments. They will not do hybrid or remote work under any circumstances. That’s a major con because the working landscape is changing. The owners and managers are unwilling to pivot to what the younger employees want.

Pros

None, there is absolutely nothing good about this company to work for, one of the worst places I've ever encountered.

Cons

Family owned and managed horribly, way too political and if you're not on the favorites list you don't have a hope. They run things like it's 1950. They do nothing to nurture talent that comes their way, and they underpay. I could go on but just stay away from them.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Ownership and Upper Management are a joke. Bullying is a way of life there. Even if you're a young engineer looking to gain experience it's a horrible example for you. Stay away!
