Pros

You get one sick day per year and one week of PTO after one year of service. You get to work with children. You get to change diapers. You get to go outside. You get to work for free when the company is short staffed.

Cons

No overtime and they offer low wages. Ask for $14 and don’t accept less than $12. They can afford to pay you $12...no benefits. No 401K. No direct deposit.

I love seeing the children I get to work with learn new things. They provide training's that are very informative.

Cons

The health insurance is hardly a tangible health insurance at all. Management over looks complaints and they are usually more concerned about making money than the well fair of the children.

Pros

The kids are great & it's rewarding. There's a little variety in the required uniform tops.

Cons

The benefits aren't that good. There is health insurance but it covers standard doctors visit. The pay is low. You never really know when your lunch will be until someone decides & remembers to tell you. Full-time for me meant 37 hours. Rarely 40-45. If you'really a Lead Teacher, corporate will plan your curriculum. You don't make your daily lesson plans. You are given one collar work shirt. All additional uniforms you have to purchase yourself from the company store.
