I got to cook which I love. The kids were wonderful.

Cons

Was not fairly compensated for work done, check was cut short with no explanation. Was given a handwritten check, not a pay stub. Had a pay stub e-mailed to me with a higher amount than what was written on the check they gave me. Had 2 jobs at once (cook and bus driver) Treated like a slave. Disrespected

There isn't any good pros about working for this company

Cons

Management sucks they like to pick and choose who they like and don't like and if they don't like you they actively try to get you fired. They also don't care about you they just care about money and sometimes they don't even care about the families that are paying to put their children there, they have that I'm nice in your face but I talk bad about you behind your back. A very toxic environment I would not recommend working there, if you try to quit because you found something better they try to give you a different schedule or a "raise" to get you to stay even if you've been asking for what you wanted for a long time they only give it to you if you want to quit. The pay is horrible for how much work you do and all the stuff you have to deal with, it's not worth your mental health honestly. There's no room to grow honestly you are pretty much stuck in the same position for as long as you are there.

The children are good and the only good thing about this center.

Cons

The owner and leadership will treat you in an inhumane manner. They will pressure you into coming in when you are not well, talk to you and treat you in a disrespectful manner and will laugh at you if you ask for help. It is not worth your mental health and they do not deserve your hard work.
