I wanted teaching experience and kids were cute.

Cons

The owner himself was not concerned about the safety of children and only worried about the money. He has fired employees who defend their entitled pay and benefits. The management sided with parents' ridiculous requests and made teachers the enemies.

beautiful school, some great teachers, good use of technology

Cons

poor management, owner sees children as dollar signs, disobeying STATE LAWS(paperwork altered, student teacher ratio off, sleeping ratio,policies not followed), horrible pay and benefits, no pay raise schedule or evaluation, employees stressed and overworked( never get out on time), turnover rate makes the school look like a revolving door
