Pros

Good benefits better pay than most centers. Playing having fun with the kids. Meeting new people and working with the families. Center was very clean.

Cons

Only function at state ratios. Curriculum needs improvement. Teachers should never be giving out dittos or coloring sheets to 18 months to 5 years old. Not age appropriate Kids deserve better.

Pros

Unbelievably rewarding to take part in the education and care of young, imaginative minds! The Castle Rock, CO school is comprised of so many great teachers!

Cons

Absolutely not compensated for the amount of of work and time it takes to teach, at any level. All the responsibility of a school environment without any of the time off. The corporate environment and young childcare do not parallel nicely, every child is looked at like a number and not as an individual.
