Not worth the stress, hassle, or hair-pulling

Pros

Very unpleasant place to work so really no pros besides measly paycheck.

Cons

Unsafe environment for children, bad pay, coworkers and leadership had attitudes, and so many other issues. So many kids were hurt in other teachers' classrooms and management never changed anything regarding operations. I would never want my children to be enrolled here.

When you are not targeted by unprofessional leadership and are left to do the job.

Cons

No training, no professionalism from upper management, and lack of leadership and having leafership that understands child development, curriculum, and how to lead without intimidation tactics.

The students Better and improved communication with teachers from Management. Food from the Chef left for staff Excellent teacher appreciation events Team Atmosphere Leadership are very knowledgeable of children and their behaviors and have positive relationships with the students.

Cons

Communication about day to day schedule changes or events etc. has been a challenge but it is improving a lot with new management.
