Pros

The kids, the parents are very appreciative & give gifts, you'll always receive 40hrs a week, get to eat the food with kids.

Cons

They don't pay enough for all the responsibilities you have, the management suck & are selfish, you request a raise & you never even get it.. Have to constantly ask them about it, oh and did i mention the pay is horrible.

Pros

Besides the kids, there aren't any.

Cons

Teachers are not supported by management. None of the management has ANY teaching background, nor does the owner. The school is run like a business, not a school. If a parent shows any signs of unhappiness with a teacher, the teacher is reprimanded, threatened that they'll lose their job, moved to a different position. They are never asked what happened by management and management never shares the complaint with the teacher. Meanwhile, other teachers have no training or education background, let alone a degree, and treat children in completely unacceptable ways, making threats and saying inappropriate things, and management turns a blind eye. Terrible place, do not work here. You're also paid slightly more than minimum wage, and given absolutely NO benefits besides discounted childcare, and honestly I would never send my kid to this "school".

Pros

Administration cares about well-being of staff, plenty of resources to use, lesson plans were provided and the school had a lot of fun family events planned.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations at times. The staff wanted the children to be entertained and doing something educational constantly, at times this would become challenging when a student just wanted to sleep or didn't want to play anymore.
