      Pros

      The children are wonderful and through them you get a lot of fulfillment. The teacher appreciation is really good too.

      Cons

      The office people are just like high school students with their drama and disorganization. Such a shame.

      Weekends off, set schedule, good employees, exceptional kids.

      Horrible administrative system. There was no slack given when sick or in need of a doctors appointment.

      Management Does not Care about Their Workers

      Pros

      Working with the children and being able to teach them awesome things that will help them get ready for school. In most cases you were pretty much raising that child because they spent more time at school than home.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT. Where to start I was trained by a computer and was so behind whenever I actually got into my classroom to teach because there was so many things I was not told. I could never get a day off and they never closed for bad weather. I was dismissed because I missed 4 days due to sickness and weather out of the last 90 days. I never felt welcomed there either. I had to be the one that talked to them or I would never know things. Also I worked with 2 year olds and 16 two year olds for 2 teachers was way to many especially when you had 4 problem children in the class.
