      Pros

      There were fun moments and activities with the kids

      Cons

      They do not believe in any of the values they promote. The owner only cares about making things look good to parents so she can make as much money as possible. Even when a school is fully staffed (it never is) the ratio of teachers to student makes it impossible to properly teach and care for kids. Very high stress job that is NOT worth the pay.

      Pros

      Room to teach without constant oversight, curriculum is provided and is generally easy and fun to implement, teachers are respected as educators and not dismissed as just daycare workers.

      Cons

      Low pay, limited opportunity for raises, poor benefits, performance is not rewarded or valued. Leadership expects us to meet unobtainable standards without offering the resources or time needed to do anything. The schools run by this owner are chronically understaffed, overenrolled and staff rarely last 3 months, but the owner keeps opening more.

      Possible flex hours, Few good teachers.

      Cons

      Director is the most unprofessional narcissist person on the plant. She is immature and selfish. She does not have the best interest of the child. And enjoys getting the teachers wound up and fighting with each other. She is know for constantly demoralizing employees publicly. I would not work or send children there. Dangerous.
