Pros

Your coworkers are amazing and loving and you really feel like you have each other's backs. The emotional pay you get from raising and teaching the children is heart warming. The students are wonderful.

Cons

The management won't feel like family no matter how much they claim to be a family practice. (Excluding the owners) The pay is low as is any praise you might receive. New employees are trained by the other teachers, but this is an unsaid thing. If no one tells you how the place flows, you'll be ignorant until you make a mistake. You won't get paid any bonuses for training other employees. You will not get any pay raises unless you aggressively seek one out.

Pros

The kids were the best! I loved my classroom and parents. The facility itself is brand new so it was nice to come to work in such a beautiful building. The Primrose curriculum was very cool and I would want my kid to attend a Primrose school.

Cons

Leadership was horrible. I was personally disrespected several times by a person in leadership and when I brought it to the attention of the director and owner I was overlooked, several times. They made me feel unappreciated and beneath them. I asked for an apology and was promised a meeting that never came to fruition. I personally could never work in an environment like that and I would not advise anyone else to. Also, there was a lot of caddy drama and gossip was a huge deal. There was no discretion amongst leadership and all issues with parents and staff were discussed freely. There were times another teacher would know personal information of mine that I never disclosed to them. Just a very messy environment.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is the kids. The kids were really cute. Honestly other than that not much. My coworkers were nice.

Cons

The school is super unorganized. Horrible communication. No structure in the classrooms. Management altogether just bad. 100% more of a daycare than a preschool. Also the kids have no variety of centers/toys and are bored which causes even more behavioral problems. Lastly the lesson plans are made by corporate and there is little room for creativity.
