Pros

Having experienced working with small children Primrose was fun. Working as the Explorer's Teacher over the summer at the camp was fun for a time. You can tell that the school does care about the kids having a good time during their summers. I always felt that the school was really mindful about their state paper work and the safety of the students.

Cons

I found working for Primrose frustrating. I didn't understand the dynamics of the school or, rather daycare. I had been working in a school setting for so long that communicating with the director or owner seemed like talking to a wall. Primrose system is a for profit day care center, which isn't a negative to say, just an understanding that I had not experienced before.

Pros

I liked Primrose only because I am in school be a teacher. It is a great starting place. The ratio is low for the most part, and the director can work with you on your school schedule.

Cons

I do not like all of the paperwork we are required to send home every week. I feel as if there are not enough teachers available through out the school.
