Pros

I love the teachers and I love my students so much. My coworker were amazing and I had fun being with the kids.

Cons

Manger whee okay but I feel like the owner only care about the money sometimes even the manger didn't follow rules at times. Primrose is suppose to have low ratios but somehow classes are filled with kids and not enough teachers.

Teach the children, relationships with other teachers, relationships with parents & learning all you can to help us learn policies & procedures so we can educate our own children

Cons

Primrose is known for low kids ratio. However, they follow State ratio so the kids aren't getting what they are promised. Infant & Toddler room air has been broke for more than 5 years. Infant & Toddler Room only cools to 78 degrees. Not very cool when it's n the 90's or 100+ outside.

Pros

This is a franchise so every location will be different depending on the management. Fortunately, I work at a school with great management! The owner and directors really care about you/teachers and the kids as well. You also go through extensive (paid) training before you are put in the classroom.

Cons

-No indoor large motor area for rainy days or too cold/hot days -No staff break room
