      This School Only Cares About One Thing- MONEY

      Pros

      The parents and the children are so sweet and caring, the parents are really concern about the well- being of the teachers. Many of the parents try to go out of their way to make the teachers happy in spite of the turmoil.

      Cons

      Pay is well below average Insurance is too expensive for the employees to afford- 3 out of the 28 employees MAYBE covered with insurance. Money issues

      Excellent kids, great parent community

      Cons

      Greedy management tries to enforce cooperate rules on employees but management team never follows! Which is very difficult to understand. Very low pay, always some sort of maintenance going on while the school was in operation which made the school zone a hazard zone for young kids. Some weeks you don't get accurately paid for the hours you have worked. Just a very unprofessional workplace all together Company only cares about the dollar the parents bring in. Teachers quit and get fired all the time which makes it very difficult to build a parent/teacher relationship

      Pros

      Ability to influence the on-site providers to implement the finest care and early childhood programs for young children. Incredibly powerful learning opportunities for young children with the highest quality standards expected.

      Cons

      The pay in this industry is lower than average. The support center staff members work hard and are committed to providing exceptional support, but compensation is not in line with others in this industry.
