Overall, working at PGCC has been a decent experience, especially as a student trying to get through school.

Pros

Not only is PGCC a good institution to learn the basics of working, but the perks are nice as well. Primarily, as a student, you receive discounted tuition. The health benefits are also a blessing.

Cons

The sense of organization and interdepartmental communication can be greatly improved. Despite being a large institution, the right hand needs to have a good idea what the left hand is doing and vice versa so that less time and energy is wasted.

Cons

Lacks organization. One hand does not know what the other is doing. Little respect for staff. Frontline staff are not given opportunity to contribute.

Its very diverse and comfortable. As a employee and have unlimited choice of study at a 50/50 price point sponsored by the college.

Cons

Lack of benefits for part time workers. Some position are under paid and they require you to do so much.
