Competitive Pay, Very Good Benefits, 401K Match, Employee Events (BBQ's, Sporting Activities, Community Service, etc...), Corporate Chaplin, 100% Education reimbursement (as long as this fits your role within the company).

Cons

Somewhat limited opportunity to move past a manager level strickly due to the size of the company.
