Pros

I have worked at Prince for 30 years. The company has promoted many employees from entry level positions to engineers, mid-level managers all the way up to VP level. They provide competitive wages with great benefits. Education reimbursements of 100%. Their 410K match is the best I have seen.

Cons

While there are advancement opportunities, these can take time to come to fruition.

Growing Business in a Family Setting

Pros

Company provides opportunities to grow if you put the effort into learning and asking for help. The ownership knows everyone and takes the time to talk to anyone who has a concern or thought for improvement. It is the best company I have worked for in my 40 year career.

Cons

Being a smaller business, everyone is stretched and needs to wear multiple hats. If you enjoy variety this can be a plus if not it can be distracting and frustrating.

Pros

A lot of interaction of the ownership in the business. Mark comes to the shop often and interacts and works with staff daily. They seem to live by their passion "to positively Impact people Here, Near and Far".

Cons

Working for a family run business is a challenge. You always wear multiple hats and there is never a dull moment.
