Great Benefits, poor pay

Pros

one of the great things about working for Princess cruises is the travel benefits you receive after working there for 6 months. Great cruise discounts and one free cruise per year.

Cons

Compensation is very low, you start out at $10 an hour and you're supposed to get a $.50 raise every 6 months but the raises never come on time which can affect your bonus as well if you are in a department that bonuses.
