Positive work environment, the company offers a lot of perks and incentives. There is some growth and advancement opportunity. They hire from within. I was fortunate enough to have an amazing team. Your co workers can either make or break your experience, just like most jobs.

Cons

The health insurance plans are not the best; high deductibles and premiums. Their wages are not really competitive but then they try to compensate by offering housing discounts. However, if you are a home owner you this won't really benefit you.

Pros

High-energy atmosphere keeps you busy. Good, consistent, hours. Leinient on overtime. Friendly staff.

Cons

Weekly meetings are not really beneficial. Not enough employees. Never got the pay rate I was offered the job for. Can get overwhelming fast, with last minute changes, and concerns from customers that nobody cares to discuss or resolve...even the manager.
