they will put you to work full time and you will gain a lot of knowledge. Not a bad company to start out with.

Cons

Low pay. one of the lowest pay matin. jobs in the area. They lock you in by refusing to give out favorable reviews of your work, this prevents future employment

The company is understanding and allowed me to work around my personal schedule for my kids.

Cons

The people in charge do not pay attention to what their minions are doing while out for the day. Treatment of employees is not always great or appreciated
