Slum lords

Pros

You get a paycheck at least

Cons

Worst company to work for. They are slum lords who do not fix anything for their tenants. They expect way too much from their employees and they only give you 5 days a year.

Bottom of the Barrel Company

Pros

No pro points to list.

Cons

Below average pay. Poor healthcare plan comes with a hugh price tag. Ownership does not maintain/nor put money into maintaining their properties. Accounts Payable trumps Regional Manager decisions. Its all about the bottom line, no appreciation of the employee base. I feel sad for the many employees that work at the sites they live at for below average wages.

Pros

They’re nice. Lots of properties so you have good job security.

Cons

Don’t pay well. Oncall a lot. Every site runs differently.
