not a very good co to work for.. Only the big shots are making money..worked there for 18 months and got a quarter an hour raise!

Pros

Positive work environment, the company offers a lot of perks and incentives. There is some growth and advancement opportunity. They hire from within. I was fortunate enough to have an amazing team. Your co workers can either make or break your experience, just like most jobs.

Cons

The health insurance plans are not the best; high deductibles and premiums. Their wages are not really competitive but then they try to compensate by offering housing discounts. However, if you are a home owner you this won't really benefit you.

Cons

Shady management and district manager. Will lie to your face and put plans into motion to MAKE people quit. High turnover of employees.
