      Useless management. No accountability, no advancement, awful salary. They do not address issues/solve problems. As long as there is a warm body sitting in a chair, they do not care.

      401k does match and min profit sharing

      Cons

      The salary is lowest possible The management has no regard for their staff The benefits, by far are horrendous! Poor work/life balance Management is unprofessional and favoritism is obvious. No staff appreciation at all When company closes for inclement weather staff are forced to use their own PTO to compensate Raises are rare and not even close to keeping up with cost of living.
