      Pros

      Uniform allowance, holidays off, celebrate birthdays

      Cons

      Toxic work environment; management lets patients and staff walk all over you; compensation is not enough; benefits are *okay* at best; if you need time off but do not have any vacation days left you are out of luck (you have to work a minimum of 40 hours/ week to maintain your full time status and medical, dental, and vision benefits) aka no vacation time = no time off (even if it's a family emergency or you are feeling unwell); micromanagement

      Pros

      Most of the people there are very nice and bring food; we do have off on some holidays.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful at times (between rude patients, toxic co-workers and unrealistic expectations from the company); low pay for volume of work being done; you *have* to work the full 40 hours a week otherwise you will lose your benefits (they are NOT flexible with time off if you're out of PTO/ sick days!)
