      401k does match and min profit sharing

      Cons

      The salary is lowest possible The management has no regard for their staff The benefits, by far are horrendous! Poor work/life balance Management is unprofessional and favoritism is obvious. No staff appreciation at all When company closes for inclement weather staff are forced to use their own PTO to compensate Raises are rare and not even close to keeping up with cost of living.

      None. I was taught: If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.

      Cons

      If not part of the clique or hired by a friend at the company, you are working solo and if you need assistance, you are on your own. Poor management. When they don't need you anymore, they throw you out like garbage. Just don't apply.
