Pros

I have the freedom to explore interests in new products. It is a very flexible working environment. People I work with are terrific, fun and interesting to be around. Basically it is a good fit for me as I like to push myself hard on projects and with the 6 week vacaion policy, they don't mind me disappearing to recharge my batteries for a few weeks at the project's end.

Cons

I like what I do and could find work elsewhere if I had a problem with the place. I think most people here feel that way, though there are a few that don't.

Pros

Princeton is a fun, rewarding place to work. You are able to learn an enormous amount in a very short time, meanwhile you can pursue a variety of subjects while still maintaining an effective focus on your major.

Cons

Grade deflation decreases the abilities of a graduate to find jobs when competing against graduates from similar colleges. The result is that you receive a top notch education, however your ability to progress afterwards is severely hampered by the lack of support. In addition, the counselors for pre-medical students are downright pessimistic and entirely unhelpful. You can put in an enormous amount of work and get grades which don't reflect it quite easily.
