Principal Financial Group Customer Service Representative CSR reviews

Worked in customer service. Supervisors aren't helpful and I was told more than once that I didn't need to know my job, just sound confident. They didn't care if the customers questions or paperwork was filed. A customer had to yell at us before supervisors would help and something would actually get processed.
