Pros
Orientation and on-boarding is thorough. They really take the time to teach you about the company, the industry and how your job fits in to the overall structure. They really emphasize work-life balance, and you are not expected to be constantly working. Employees ARE expected to be polite and professional to customers and to each other. I really enjoy working here.
Cons
So far, very little. A few senior people aren’t always the most polite, but it is to be expected considering the pressures of working at a busy publicly traded company, and better than at other companies.
