      Pros

      Good benefits, 401k has a 6% match, Health insurance is cheap compared to other companies. Decent PTO.

      Cons

      401k match has a 3 year vesting period. They can fire you at anytime without reason. You will be overworked during peak seasons and the OT pay is not enough. They expect you to be working back to back with minimal time to get yourself together. Managers pressure you constantly to meet and exceed the stats. The training is bad. They will train you to take an advanced level of plans in 1 day and expect no mistakes the next day. Some of the plans were very complex and the tools we used to understand the plans were vague.

      Flexibility is great, on-site parking

      Cons

      Tendencies to not follow their own pillars. Was turned down several times for providing crucial feedback. It did not appear that my voice mattered.
