      Print Pro works with team members to ensure personal needs are placed ahead of profit. The owner is on-site most days and truly cares about everyone.

      No cons that I can think of. Like all jobs, the schedule has to fit your outside of work life.

      Pros

      Print Pro has been a great place for me and my career. I was brought on as an operator and have been able to move to shift lead and now Quality Coordinator. The business is small enough that you feel like people notice and appreciate the things you do and the value you provide. During my time here I have never felt like just a number, the company as a whole really cares about employees as individual.
