Pros
Laid back atmosphere, you can leave to grab something to eat, employees are decent people, shift hours are great, don't have to work weekends.
Cons
They don't know what they are doing. I was let go because my production numbers weren't high enough. They weren't high enough because they moved me from machine to machine and never gave me the opportunity to get good at one of them. The supervisors treat you like you are an idiot if something goes wrong on your machine. There's never overtime available. The safety program is barely existent, and when you bring a safety concern to their attention, nothing gets done about it.
