It is a job, which is better than no job.

Cons

Shockingly low pay, expectation to work overtime, and 'falling on the sword' for incompetent management in front of customers because they do not want to take the blame. They do not like women or young people here. Expect to be treated as less than.

Coworkers were great and did their jobs

Cons

You are only taken seriously if you are a man. They pile work on you and if you do t make deadlines or complain you are too busy you are told either that everyone is busy, deal with it or to manage your time better. Management is a joke. They say they are there to listen but it's a trap.
